Peter Brownie
Managing Director
Peter founded Stanton Road Partners in April 2019 and brings over 30 years experience of leading advisory roles in investment banking and corporate advisory. Prior to Stanton Road, Peter was Australian head of Industrials and Sponsors at Morgan Stanley, Managing Director at Luminis Partners and BZW/ABN AMRO. Peter also worked at LEK Consulting and PwC.

Dr Maximilian Keisers
Managing Director
Max brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate advisory in Australia and Europe. Prior to joining Stanton Road Partners, Max worked at Morgan Stanley in Sydney, London and Frankfurt and at Luminis Partners in Sydney.

Mark Lewkovitz
Managing Director
Mark joined Stanton Road Partners in 2021 and brings twenty years’ investment banking and corporate advisory experience with Morgan Stanley, ABN AMRO and Grant Samuel. Mark has completed mergers and acquisitions with an aggregate value exceeding $20 billion and has led a wide range of engagements including sellside and buyside M&A, initial public offerings, strategic reviews and capital advice. Mark has worked across a diverse range of sectors with coverage areas including private equity, financials, industrials and technology.
Mark’s recent advisory roles include: advising Compare Club on its partnering transaction with Next Capital, advising Livingbridge on the acquisition of Waste Services Group, advising Mortgage Choice on its scheme of arrangement with REA, advising Pemba Capital Partners on the acquisition of Arteva insurance premium funding, advising Next Capital on the acquisition of SilverChef, advising WEX on the acquisition of eNett and Optal, advising Norske Skog on the sale of its Albury paper mill to Visy and its Tasmanian softwood plantation to New Forests and advising Cluey on its Series A and Series B capital raisings and IPO.

Fernando Lulli
Executive Director
Fernando joined Stanton Road Partners in 2021 and has nearly 15 years’ experience in investment banking and corporate advisory. Fernando’s advisory experience includes public and private M&A transactions, strategic advisory and public/private capital raisings. Prior to joining Stanton Road Partners, Fernando worked at Goldman Sachs in Sydney and London and Grant Samuel.
Fernando’s recent advisory roles include: advising Atom on its sale to Pacific Equity Partners (PEP), advising Compare Club on its partnering transaction with Next Capital, advising Pacific Equity Partners on the sale of Evolution Healthcare, Mortgage Choice on its scheme of arrangement with REA, Adamantem Capital on its acquisition in the carbon credit sector, Pemba Capital Partners on the acquisition of Arteva Funding and Next Capital on the acquisition of SilverChef.

Fernando has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S.E. in Operations Research & Financial Engineering from Princeton University. Fernando also served as an infantry officer in the United States Army prior to commencing his investment banking career.
Stephen Burns

Stephen is CEO of GDI Property Group.
Stephen was previously a Managing Director at Stanton Road Partners and has over 30 years of advisory and capital markets experience.
Stephen’s specialised focus is real estate with a long track record of advising a number of leading Australian corporates. Advisory roles include; various Westfield mergers, de-mergers and takeovers; take private of Tishman Speyer Office Fund; three of the largest secondary equity raisings for Australian real estate groups; Australia’s largest and first Exchangeable Notes for an Australian real estate group; participation in many of the early REIT industry formation deals with market leading clients and participation in some of the largest real estate acquisitions and joint ventures in Australia and offshore.
Stephen has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Securities Institute Diploma in Securities Analysis.
